30th July 2022 marked a memorable day in the South-West India Province of the Missionaries of St. Francis De Sales (MSFS) as the De Sales Language Academy - a new milestone of empowering people was Inaugurated and presented to the world. It is a unique initiative in empowering the people by providing linguistic and communicative knowledge to the people and also offering soft skills training for the individuals' overall development.

The memorable day commenced with the Inauguration of De Sales Language academy by Rev Dr. Thomas Kalariparambil - Provincial of SWIP, MSFS accompanied by his Rt. Rev. Dr. Peter Machado - Archbishop of Archdiocese of Bangalore, Rev. Dr. Santhosh Kumar R - Director of De Sales Language Academy and other dignitaries from all over India and Austria.

Unveiling the Name Plaque
As we all entered the newly inaugurated building, our Guests of honor from Austria Mrs. Heidi Schrattenecker & Mr. Daniel announced the name of the Language Academy by unveiling the name plaque.

Lighting of the lamp
As the sign of God’s grace and bringing life and light to the De Sales Language Academy, his Rt. Rev. Dr. Peter Machado (Archbishop of Archdiocese of Bangalore), Rev. Dr. Thomas Kalariparambil (Provincial), Rev. Dr. Santhosh Kumar R, Rev. Fr. Saju Vilachirayil, Mrs. Heidi Schrattenecker & Mr. Daniel (Guests of honor from Austria) lit the lamp.

Blessing of the De Sales Language Academy
To invoke God's presence and protection in our journey of educating and empowering youth, women and children, De Sales Language Academy was Blessed by his Rt. Rev. Dr. Peter Machado (Archbishop of Archdiocese of Bangalore). Rev. Dr. Thomas Kalariparambil (Provincial) and other religious Priests of the MSFS congregation joined in prayer and blessing.

Celebration t event in the life of De Sales Music Academy (DSMA). Twelve years ago i.e., on 31st of July 2010 De Sales Music Academy was inaugurated by Mr. Rajesh Krishnan, a well-known and renowned playback singer and actor in Kannada Film industry. Rev. Dr. Mathew Kozhuppakalam, the then Provincial Superior of the (SWIP-MSFS) blessed the Music Academy.

On 30th July 2022, on the occasion of Inauguration and blessing of De Sales Language Academy to double our joy we jointly celebrated twelfth anniversary of De Sales Music Academy in the quadrangle of SFS High school. The dignitaries who graced the celebration are:
